Hotel, located near business offices and spring training facilities, will serve Phoenix tourism industry with 103 suites and useful amenities.
PHOENIX (February 14, 2018) – Hospitality management company Baywood Hotels broke ground on its newest property in Phoenix. Baywood will build and manage a new Home2 Suites by Hilton. Its location in central Phoenix and proximity to Sky Harbor International Airport will serve a varied crowd, including business travelers and spring training fans.
Home2Suites by Hilton offers suites ideal for extended stays, with customizable guest room design, complimentary Wi-Fi, community spaces, a pet friendly environment, and convenient amenities like laundry, a fitness area and a 24-hour business center. Baywood Hotels, which will manage the Home2 Suites property after it is built, employs over 2,500 nationwide. The 103-suite hotel will help create more tourism jobs in Phoenix when it opens next year.
The project is being funded by OneAZ Credit Union, a local financial institution that serves members across the state of Arizona. “Something both of our organizations have in common is a desire to improve the communities we serve,” said David E.
