*Promotional Eligibility: Offer available to existing OneAZ Credit Union Members 18 and over in good standing, and new consumers who have not had an account with OneAZ within the past 12 months. OneAZ Credit Union employees, Board Members and Supervisory Committee Members are not eligible to participate in this program as a referring member or as a receiver of a referral from another OneAZ Credit Union member.
Referring Member (Existing Member) Bonus Information: To receive the $75 bonus, the referred member must establish membership and open a new OneAZ personal checking account. The referred member must use promotional (promo) code at account opening when applying for a checking account. A $75 bonus will be deposited into your Share Savings Account within 15 days of the new member applicant following the steps below.
Referred Member (Applicant) Bonus Information: To receive the $75 bonus, the applicant must 1) Establish Membership, and open a checking account AND 2) complete ten (10) qualifying debit card purchase transactions within the first 60 days of account opening AND 3) complete one (1) income or payroll electronic direct deposit transaction within first 60 days of account opening. Qualifying debit card purchase transactions can be either online or in-person purchases using your OneAZ debit card. Qualifying income or payroll electronic direct deposit transaction is an ACH deposit from an employer payroll or income benefits provider made to the corresponding OneAZ checking account. After all the above requirements have been met and the account is in good standing, the bonus payment will be deposited into the applicant's new checking account within 15 business days.
Bonuses are considered dividends and will be reported on IRS form 1099-INT (or Form 1042-S), if applicable. This offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions. Referred Member (Applicant) may only receive one account opening bonus payment per year. Existing members are eligible for multiple Refer-a-Friend bonuses.
Account Closure: If the checking account is closed by the member or by OneAZ Credit Union within six (6) months after opening, we will deduct the bonus amount from the account at closing.
