Dr. Pearlette Ramos (Incumbent)

Current Board Vice Chairperson
Experience and Commitment: Ms. Ramos is an incumbent board vice chairperson with six years on the OneAZ Board and nearly 20 years as a member. She is a mother, small business owner, and attorney who emphasizes trust, safety, and accessibility in financial services. Her community work includes serving on a school district board and volunteering with local organizations, focusing on ethical and member-focused leadership.

I ask for your support to continue serving on the OneAZ Board, where I have contributed for six years. As a mother, small business owner, attorney, and OneAZ member for nearly 20 years, I understand how important it is to have a financial partner you can trust—one that keeps your money safe, makes it easy to bank online and on your phone, and is there when you need a home, auto, or small business loan.
My work is rooted in community. I have served on the Littleton Elementary School District Board (Avondale), volunteered with St. Luke’s Food Pantry, and collaborated with local organizations like Local First. These experiences help me stay focused on the financial challenges families and businesses face every day.
I am committed to ethical, member-focused leadership that keeps OneAZ strong, responsive, and innovative—and I would be honored to continue serving you. Thanks for your trust/support.

He highlights the credit union’s growth to over $4 billion in assets and its community contributions through the OneAZ foundation, seeking to continue enhancing the institution’s impact

Dear fellow members,
A special welcome to our new members in Yuma.
I served the Army 3 years, NAU 28 years, ASU 12 years, my local animal shelter 6 years and OneAZ for over 30 years. I enjoy helping organizations and their associates achieve their goals. Our CU is always striving to make a difference. At OneAZ we believe we exist to serve our members, associates and our communities. We have grown assets to over $4 billion and have increased staff to over 600 to better serve you. Our OneAz foundation has given back over $2.5 million dollars to non profits in our
communities. It has been rewarding to watch this organization achieve its goals. I am asking for your vote so that I may continue to serve you by making OneAZ the best financial institution in Arizona.
Thank you,
Sam
