PHOENIX (December 21, 2020)—OneAZ Credit Union has been recognized as one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America by Springbuk’s Healthiest Employers®.

The Healthiest Employers awards program honors organizations that prioritize the wellbeing of their associates. OneAZ’s outstanding health benefits and wellness programs earned the Credit Union a top spot among 100 companies nationwide. OneAZ took 57th place and is the only credit union or bank to receive the honor.

“OneAZ has always prioritized the health and wellness of our associates, but this focus was especially important in 2020,” says Kim Reedy, President and CEO of OneAZ. “With the COVID-19 pandemic, we stepped up our commitment by introducing new policies around paid sick leave to protect our associates and members from the virus. We’re extremely proud that our healthy workplace culture earned us national recognition.”

OneAZ employs nearly 500 Arizonans across the state. Associates qualify for OneAZ’s comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, plus gym membership reimbursement and an internal wellness rewards program. The Credit Union encourages a healthy work-life balance with a competitive paid vacation, sick time and paid holiday package. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, OneAZ rolled out a special program that allowed associates to take additional paid time off to recover from the virus or care for sick family members.
