FAQ’s
You Have Questions. We Have Answers.
Yes! If you have an auto loan, you may be eligible for our Skip-A-Pay program. You can skip up to two payments over the life of the loan—just be sure you meet eligibility requirements.
Life happens, and we get that. You may qualify for support if you're experiencing:
- Job loss or job change
- Unexpected expenses
- Medical emergencies
- Death in the family
- Divorce or separation
- Overwhelming debt
A deferment gives you a temporary break from payments—typically for 1 to 3 months. During this time, interest will still accrue, and your loan term may be extended based on the length of the deferment.
A hardship program is a financial assistance option designed to support members experiencing significant, ongoing financial difficulties. Our hardship program can reduce your minimum monthly payment for 6 to 9 months. It’s a great option if you’re facing longer-term challenges.
If your checking or savings account is overdrawn, a Deposit Workout Loan can help get you back on track. We'll work with you to set up a payment plan—usually 6 to 12 months—to pay off the negative balance and keep your account in good standing.
No, a deferment won’t impact your credit score.
Typically, it takes 3–5 business days. We’ll need a signed agreement from all borrowers, and we may request documents like pay stubs or bank statements.
