Report a lost or stolen card.

If your OneAZ Credit Union Visa Credit or Debit card is missing, promptly report a lost or stolen card to initiate fraud protection on your account. We will block your lost card and document a stolen credit card report if applicable. A replacement debit card or credit card will be mailed to you within a few business days to ensure secure access to your funds continues.
