Follow these steps to experience Next Level Banking.

Next Level Banking is here. This means more functionality and freedom when it comes to managing your finances. Follow these steps to log in today. 

Browser Compatibility

To ensure you can access OneAZcu.com and Online Banking, please update your web browser and/or operating system to the latest version. The following browsers are compatible: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari. Windows Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD AND DELETE

Download the OneAZ mobile banking app or visit OneAZcu.com to login to Next Level Banking.

  • Please delete the old ‘myOneAZCU’ app and download the new ‘OneAZ Mobile Banking’ app.
  • Current online banking users: To gain access on or after June 9th, you must login to online or mobile banking.
  • You will only need to register through one device.

Apple Phone

  1. Tap on the App Store app
  2. Search for the OneAZ Mobile Banking App
  3. Tap Get
  4. Authorize the download

Android Phone

  1. Tap the Apps icon
  2. Open the Play Store
  3. Search for the OneAZ Mobile Banking App
  4. Tap Install

STEP 2: LOGIN

Existing Member Login

  1. Enter the Username
  2. Enter the Password
  3. Provide the last 4 digits of your social security number and 5 digit zip code
  4. Tap Continue
  5. Complete the 2 Factor Authentication
  6. Review and agree to the Online Banking Terms & Conditions

If you are a member with OneAZ and have not signed in to online or mobile banking since December 4, 2020, you will need to follow the First Time Registration instructions.

STEP 3: GET FAMILIAR WITH NEXT LEVEL BANKING

Once you have completed validation, follow the steps below to ensure a successful transition.

  • Click on your profile and ensure your contact information is accurate
  • Set up account alerts for your OneAZ credit card and accounts
  • Navigate to Bill Pay to review your scheduled payments
  • Set up automatic payments and recurring transfers
  • View all your transactions in one place — bring in unlimited account information from other financial institutions with account aggregation

How to: Delete the ‘myOneAZCU’ app and download the new ‘OneAZ Mobile Banking’ app

STEP 1: DELETE THE MYONEAZCU APP

Apple Phone

  1. Tap and hold the myOneAZcu app
  2. Tap Remove App
  3. To confirm, tap Delete App

Android Phone

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Applications
  3. Select Application Manager
  4. Scroll through the list to find the app you want to remove
  5. Tap the myOneAZcu app
  6. Tap Uninstall
  7. To confirm, tap OK

How to: Existing Member Login (Including Business Members)

STEP 1

From the login box at OneAZcu.com, enter username and click Sign in.

Enter your current password, then click Login.

STEP 3

Authenticate your account by entering your ZIP Code and last four digits of your social security number. Then click Continue.

STEP 4

To protect the security of your account, please select your preferred delivery method to receive a 6-digit validation code. Text message or email options will be provided and once you have selected the Delivery Method, click Request Code. Enter the 6-digit code once it has been received.

STEP 5

Please create a new password that meets the following criteria: Must be at least 9 characters long, contain both an upper and lower case letter, one number and at least one special character. Then click Set Password.

STEP 6

Please review the Online Banking Terms & Conditions. Once completed, you may select the box labeled I agree and then click Submit.

Forgot Password Process Flow

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to enroll in Next Level Banking. Whether you’re paying bills, checking your account balance or setting travel notices for your cards, our Online Banking platform lets you bank how, when and where you want.

STEP 1

Select Forgot your username or password? from the Login screen.

STEP 2

To reset your password, enter your username, date of birth and social security number. Then select Reset Password. To locate your username, enter the primary email address or phone number on your account and your full social security number. Then select Send.

For Business Members:

To reset your password, enter your full EIN number and any business account number. Then select Reset Password. To locate your username, enter the primary email address or phone number on the account and full EIN number. Then select Send.

STEP 3

Select the delivery method (text message or email) to receive a 6-digit verification code. Then select Request Code.

STEP 4

Once the 6-digit verification code has been received, enter it within the Verification Code field. Then select Next.

STEP 5

Create a password that meets the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 9 characters
  • Include an upper- and lower-case letter
  • Include one number
  • Include one special character
    `~!@#$%^&*()-_+={[}[|\:;'"/?,<.>

Then select Reset Password.
