We’ve changed the name, and now it’s time to upgrade your experience! To bring you the full benefits of OneAZ, we’ll be moving former 1st Bank Yuma members over to our OneAZ systems to provide improved digital experience and enhanced tools to manage your finances.  

We’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Below is everything you need to know.

Navigate to Online Banking at OneAZcu.com or open the OneAZ Mobile Banking app.

  1. Enter your current 1st Bank Yuma (1BY) username and password.
  2. Verify your identity by providing the requested information, including:
    1. Account number (do not include any leading zeroes)
    2. Zip code listed on the primary account or business.
  3. Submit the verification information.
  4. You will receive a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code through the contact method on file.
  5. Enter the MFA code when prompted.
  6. Once the MFA code is successfully validated, you will be prompted to create a new password.
  7. Enter your username and newly created password to log in and access your account.

Some account numbers may change as part of the systems conversion. If your account number is changing, OneAZ will notify you of your new account number before the conversion.

Beginning September 14, 2026, members whose account numbers are changing will need to update your new account number anywhere it is used, including:

  • Direct deposits
  • Automatic payments and withdrawals
  • External transfers
  • Online bill pay services
  • Any other transactions linked to your account

No. You can continue using the same 1BY routing number you've always used for your transactions. The routing number is not changing as part of the systems conversion.

No. Because your account and routing numbers are not changing, your direct deposit will continue as usual. 

No. Your existing Bill Pay and scheduled payments will transfer and continue as scheduled. Your Bill Pay payment history will not transfer to your new Online Banking experience.

Yes, all scheduled transfers will need to be reset up after logging into OneAZ online and mobile banking on September 14th.

Yes. All debit card holders will receive a new OneAZ Visa® debit card before September 14.

Please activate your new card so it’s ready to use on September 14. You can continue using your current 1st Bank Yuma Mastercard® debit card through September 13. When activating your new card, you will be prompted to set up a new PIN.

Yes. Your current 1st Bank Yuma Mastercard® debit card will work through September 13. Beginning September 14, you will need to use your new OneAZ Visa® debit card. 

Yes. After September 14, be sure to update any recurring payments or subscriptions with your new OneAZ Visa debit card information. 

Yes. Beginning September 14, you will use OneAZ’s Online and Mobile Banking platform. 

How to Access Your OneAZ Online Banking Account for the first-time

  • Navigate to Online Banking at OneAZcu.com or open the OneAZ Mobile Banking app.
  • Enter your current 1st Bank Yuma (1BY) username and password.
  • Verify your identity by providing the requested information, including:
    • Account number
    • ZIP code
  • Submit the verification information.

Yes. You will continue to have access to view account history and download past statements until October 31st. However, transactions will no longer be available. 

No. The 1st Bank Yuma website will redirect to OneAZcu.com. Beginning September 14, all online and mobile banking activity will take place through OneAZ’s website or mobile app. 

Yes. External transfers, e-ACH payments, e-wire transfers, Bill Pay, and mobile deposits will be unavailable from September 11 through September 14. 

Additionally, payments via the 1BY online banking and mobile app will be disabled beginning August 31. 

Yes—branch hours will be expanding to better serve our members beginning September 14. 

New hours will be: 

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Yes. Due to the system conversion, your Certificate of Deposit (CD) interest will be paid on a different schedule in September 2026

  • You will receive one interest payment on September 11, 2026.  
  • You will receive a second interest payment on September 30, 2026.  

Beginning in October 2026, your CD interest will be paid once per month at the end of each month.

Yes. You can begin using Zelle® after you enroll in OneAZ Online and Mobile Banking starting September 14

Once you've completed your first-time login and enrollment, you'll be able to register for Zelle® and start sending and receiving money. 

Yes. As a OneAZ member, you have access to all 25 OneAZ branch locations across Arizona, including the Yuma, San Luis, and Nogales branches.

OneAZ Check Clearing Schedule*

You deserve the most convenient banking experience possible and are protected by Regulation CC, a federal regulation that requires credit unions and other financial institutions to ensure that deposits are available for withdrawal within a standard time frame.

When you deposit a check into your OneAZ Credit Union savings or checking account, you are entitled to have those funds available for withdrawal following the timelines below.

In these situations, funds availability may be delayed beyond the standard schedules described above.

Yes. OneAZ offers Overdraft Source and Courtesy Pay to help cover transactions when unexpected circumstances leave you with insufficient funds in your account.

Yes. Beginning in September 2026, you will begin receiving account statements from OneAZ. During the transition, you may receive a statement from both 1st Bank Yuma and OneAZ for the same statement period. This is expected and does not mean you have been charged twice or that there is an issue with your account. If you had OneAZ accounts prior to September 2026, you will have both historical statements available up to 24 months.

If you're having trouble changing your debit card PIN, first make sure you're calling from the phone number registered to your account.
If you're still unable to change your PIN, you may visit a OneAZ Yuma branch, where an associate can help escalate your request to the appropriate team for assistance.
