Assistance for Federal Workers - In response to the partial federal government shutdown, OneAZ has launched an assistance program to help members who may be impacted.

If you plan to travel out of the country, you can let us know a few different ways:

We will set a notification on your account so you may continue to use your card during your travels.

The foreign transaction fee for all OneAZ Visa® Credit and Debit Cards is 1%.

Visa converts transactions into U.S. Dollars and assesses the fee. The fee is 1% of the U.S. dollar amount of the transaction.

You can contact us by sending a secure message after logging into Online or Mobile Banking. You may also call the international number on the back of your card to contact Visa (please note that roaming charges may apply to international calls).
